Incorporer doucement la<br>farine, sel, poivre.<br>Ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration le gruy\u00e8re et m\u00e9langer bien. Incorporer roquefort, poires et<br>noix et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement.<br>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake.<br>Cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0 40 min. Surveiller la fin de la cuisson en piquant le cake avec la lame<br>d&rsquo;un couteau, elle doit ressortir s\u00e8che.
