Puis ajouter:<\/li><li>1\/3 cup mayonnaise<\/li><li>1\/3 cup cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re soupe ciboulette hach\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Faire mariner viande plusieurs heures en retournant plusieurs fois.<br>Puis: retirer la viande de la marinade et cuire sur une grille avec plat en dessous \u00e0 chaleur tournante 160\u00b0 45 min \u00e0 1h.
