Incorporer la viande, coulis tomate et cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<br>Faire cuire lasagnes dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante 4 \u00e0 la fois 2 minutes en les d\u00e9collant.<br>Disposer (grand plat porcelaine blanche): 6 louches par \u00e9tage en d\u00e9butant par une couche mince au fond (2-3 louches), puis lasagne, viande, gruy\u00e8re.<br>Cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 30 minutes.
