{"id":244,"date":"2020-05-02T15:24:12","date_gmt":"2020-05-02T13:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/?page_id=244"},"modified":"2020-12-25T16:34:39","modified_gmt":"2020-12-25T15:34:39","slug":"le-curry-de-poulet-a-la-thailandaise","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/index.php\/le-curry-de-poulet-a-la-thailandaise\/","title":{"rendered":"Le curry de poulet \u00e0 la Thailandaise au rice cooker"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour 6 personnes, recette au rice cooker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br>Marinade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>20 cl lait coco<\/li><li>2 c \u00e0 soupe p\u00e2te de curry rouge<\/li><li>1 oignon hach\u00e9<\/li><li>2 c \u00e0 soupe gingembre frais hach\u00e9<\/li><li>jus d&rsquo;un citron vert<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>600 g blancs poulet coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 cups riz tha\u00ef (520 g)<\/li><li>1\/2 botte coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Pr\u00e9parer la marinade, y ajouter le poulet coup\u00e9 et mettre au frigo au moins 3h.<br>Mettre le riz, un peu de sel et 4 cups d&rsquo;eau dans le cuiseur \u00e0 riz ainsi que la marinade du poulet \u00e9goutt\u00e9. Disposer le poulet dans le panier au dessus du riz afin qu&rsquo;il cuise avec la vapeur du riz (parfois ce n&rsquo;est pas assez cuit, mettre le poulet avant pendant 3 min au micro onde).
