{"id":248,"date":"2020-05-02T15:27:59","date_gmt":"2020-05-02T13:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/?page_id=248"},"modified":"2020-05-02T15:28:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-02T13:28:00","slug":"le-risotto-aux-carottes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/index.php\/le-risotto-aux-carottes\/","title":{"rendered":"Le risotto aux carottes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour 6 \u00ab\u00a0La cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;argent\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>6 jeunes carottes coup\u00e9es en demi ou 1\/4 de rondelles<\/li><li>25 cl vin blanc sec<\/li><li>60 g de beurre<\/li><li>1 oignon hach\u00e9<\/li><li>2 litres de bouillon l\u00e9gume (3 cubes)<\/li><li>500 g riz \u00e0 risotto<\/li><li>75 g emmental coup\u00e9 en copeaux<\/li><li>3 c \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Porter le bouillon \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole.<br>Mixer les carottes et le vin en pur\u00e9e. Dans une grande casserole chauffer le beurre et y faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon 7 minutes \u00e0 feu doux. Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de carottes, augmenter le feu et cuire 1 minute. Ajouter le riz.<br>Verser le bouillon chaud louche par louche en remuant constamment et attendre que chaque louche soit absorb\u00e9e avant d&rsquo;ajouter la suivante (compter 20 min \u00e0 1\/2h).<br>Peu avant le fin de la cuisson, saler et poivrer et incorporer l&#8217;emmental et la cr\u00e8me.
