{"id":252,"date":"2020-05-02T15:32:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-02T13:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/?page_id=252"},"modified":"2020-05-02T15:32:07","modified_gmt":"2020-05-02T13:32:07","slug":"le-risotto-vert","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dallay.net\/here\/index.php\/le-risotto-vert\/","title":{"rendered":"Le risotto vert"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Pour 6 &#8211; Recette de \u00ab\u00a0La cuill\u00e8re d&rsquo;argent\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>4 c \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>beurre (30 g + 20 g)<\/li><li>200 g \u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s<\/li><li>2 carottes coup\u00e9es en demi ou 1\/4 de rondelles<\/li><li>1 gros oignon hach\u00e9<\/li><li>1 branche de c\u00e9leri en tranches fines et ses feuilles hach\u00e9e<\/li><li>2 litres de bouillon l\u00e9gume (3 cubes)<\/li><li>500 g riz \u00e0 risotto<\/li><li>parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;accompagnement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porter le bouillon \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole.<br>Dans une grande casserole chauffer l&rsquo;huile et 30 g de beurre. Y faire revenir les \u00e9pinards, les carottes, l&rsquo;oignon et le c\u00e9leri 7 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Baisser le feu et poursuivre la cuisson 12 minutes. Saler les l\u00e9gumes.
