Pr\u00e9paration 15 min, cuisson 15 min, repos 2h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>400g de quinoa \/ boulgour<\/li><li>30 tomates cerises<\/li><li>4 oignons nouveaux<br>2 concombres<br>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe huile olive, sel, poivre<br>2 citrons bio<br>Herbes fra\u00eeches: 1 bouquet coriandre, menthe et persil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><br>Rincez les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales sous un filet d\u2019eau en remuant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau soit transparente.<br>Cuire les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (15 min apr\u00e8s \u00e9bullition dans 1 mesure de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour 1 mesure 1\/2 d\u2019eau), puis verser dans un saladier et le refroidir en l\u2019a\u00e9rant avec une fourchette.<br>Coupez les tomates en 6 quartiers.<br>Rincez les concombres, \u00f4tez les graines et coupez les en cubes.<br>Pelez les oignons et hachez les.
