Cuire sur fort 4 \u00e0 5 min. \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert en surveillant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un caramel dor\u00e9.\u00a0<\/li><li>Faire chauffer le lait et la gousse de vanille fendue jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 fr\u00e9missements 4 \u00e0 5 min sur moyen (600W).<\/li><li>Entre temps fouetter dans un bol les \u0153ufs entiers avec le sucre. Verser le lait bouillant sans cesser de fouetter. Retirer la gousse de vanille et la gratter afin de laisser les graines dans le m\u00e9lange.\u00a0<\/li><li>Verser dans le moule \u00e0 soufflet et cuire 17 \u00e0 20 min sur mijotage (250W). Le centre doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pris.
