Puis les enfermer dans un sac plastique et les laisser refroidir avant de les peler.<br>2 : Couper les poivrons en deux puis les \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant. \u00d4ter les p\u00e9pins et la nervure centrale, d\u00e9tailler la chair en lani\u00e8res de 1,5 cm et les disposer en plusieurs couches dans un plat profond.<br>3 : Parsemer chaque couche d\u2019ail et de basilic, saler et poivrer.
