Cuisson 40minutes + 10 minutes repos<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4\/6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 500g de carottes (environ 6 carottes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 oignon rouge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 c. \u00e0 soupe de graines de coriandre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 40g de sucre en poudre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 10g de beurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 200g de fromage de ch\u00e8vre (buche)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; quelques feuilles de coriandre au moment de servir<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> : Pr\u00e9chauffer le four 180 (th. 6)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire bouillir 2l d\u2019eau sal\u00e9e (10g sel\/litre). Peler les carottes et faire cuire dans l\u2019eau bouillante 15 minutes. Eplucher les courgettes en conservant 1 tranche\/2 et couper en rondelles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3&nbsp;<\/strong>: Eplucher et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon. Faire revenir dans une po\u00eale dans un fond d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pendant 2-3 minutes avec les graines de coriandre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient translucides (ou MO) Saler, poivrer et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4&nbsp;<\/strong>: Mettre le sucre et le beurre dans une casserole. Laisser fondre sur le feu vif en remuant de temps en temps jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un caramel homog\u00e8ne et ambr\u00e9 (ou MO 4 min. sur fort). Verser rapidement dans un plat \u00e0 tarte en verre ou en silicone tapiss\u00e9 de papier sulfuris\u00e9.
