Cuisson 1h45 + 15 min. repos<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1poulet de 2kg (doit entrer dans la cocotte)<\/li><li>2 petites gousses d\u2019ail pel\u00e9es<\/li><li>1 branche de thym frais effeuill\u00e9e<\/li><li>150g de sp\u00e9culos (ou pain d\u2019\u00e9pice)<\/li><li>250g chair \u00e0 saucisse<\/li><li>35cl Armagnac ou Cognac<\/li><li>35g de beurre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, pressez les gousses d\u2019ail, ajoutez le th\u00e8me, les sp\u00e9culos en morceaux, les ch\u00e2taignes grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es et la chair \u00e0 saucisse. M\u00e9langer, salez et poivrez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farcir l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du poulet et fermez avec des pique-olives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre dans un cocotte en fonte (ou cocotte Tupperware) et arrosez avec l\u2019alcool. Placez des noix de beurre dessous. Ajoutez les ch\u00e2taignes restantes autour, salez, poivrez et faire cuire couvert environ 1h30 dans le four \u00e0 200\u00b0.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9couvrez et finissez environ 15 minutes.
