R\u00e9servez le zeste d\u2019une cl\u00e9mentine et Pressez le jus des cl\u00e9mentines. Mettre le sucre dans un saladier le zeste et le beurre fondu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient battez les \u0153ufs et les ajoutez au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Ajoutez la farine, la poudre d\u2019amande, la muscade et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez le jus de cl\u00e9mentine (en garder 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe pour le gla\u00e7age) au m\u00e9lange et l\u2019extrait de vanille. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit homog\u00e8ne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez dans un moule \u00e0 cake beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9 (pas dans le moule en silicone). Enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0 pour 40 \u00e0 45 minutes. Laissez ti\u00e9dir et d\u00e9moulez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gla\u00e7age\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0fouettez le sucre et ajoutez progressivement le jus de cl\u00e9mentine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la consistance voulue. Versez sur le cake plac\u00e9 sur une grille.
