Presser ce m\u00e9lange avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re au fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 bords amovibles (L\u00e9ku\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fouetter les \u0153ufs avec le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse. Ajouter le zeste et le fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-sitetext-color\">Verser au dessus des miettes et cuire en bas du four 45 min \u00e0 120\u00b0 position tradi puls\u00e9e ( chaleur tournante chauffe en haut et en bas). Le centre doit \u00eatre juste ferme. Laisser refroidir dans le four \u00e9teint puis mettre une nuit au frigo.
